Our beef is either pedigree Hereford, Hereford sired or native breeds such as Aberdeen Angus, all reared very naturally.
This results in superbly tender meat which is marbled right the way through and also has outstanding flavours.
Many of our cows will live outside all year round, other than when they are close to giving birth. Others will spend the winter months inside.
All of them will be outside once the spring sunshine has arrived to enjoy the British Summer and Autumn grazing our watermeadows with their calves.
The calves will then be weaned and spend the winter inside big open sheds.
We only feed our home produced Cereals and Silage with no additives
We offer many different cuts of beef on a daily basis including our award winning steaks
